Went to a restaurant for food the other day.

A list of stuff I've lost. Not too bad considering my laptop is still around. I seem to often get my things stolen. The biggest pain would probably be the camera. NO WAIT. The hard disk.

Yes. The hard disk had at least 4 years of photographs in it. Oh well. At least I'm wiser now and I'm putting most of my personal media on cloud storage. Using Dropbox at the moment.



My safety tint did nothing to prevent the theft but did keep the shattered glass together.



Went to the Proton service center. They said that the spare part will arrive on the next day and the car would be fine and dandy and for pickup tomorrow.

At least half of their promise came to fruition. The part arrived on the next day. But it didn't fit. What could it be? A Persona window?

I decided to take my car back because the new window will only come 3 days later.

Roadside Emergency

This actually happened to someone close to me. Apparently a passenger spotted a cockroach in the car and a mass-panic ensued thus forcing an emergency stop at the side of the road.

+ Item is provided as-is. It is in perfect working condition a month ago but haven't checked since.

+ Radio controller 9 volt battery included.

+ Car batteries not included. If you want to test it, please bring some along.

+ Uses 4 AAA batteries

+ This is not a toy. It is comparable to higher end R/C cars the only difference being its size.

+ I suspect there will be some questions about its speed. It could go uncontrollably fast (roughly 2m/s) once but I've burnt out that motor. I've only got a lower end motor now.

+ Has proportional steering (smooth turning not like those toy cars in the jusco which just snaps left or right)

I would like to understand how this works

See how one of the tyres went out of the way by stretching its suspension so that the whole of the car remains level?

I'd like to know how that works. How does the car know that that tyre needs to be the one which stretches the suspension? Is there some sort of gyroscopic device in the system?

Enlighten me!

Tricked Out Car

Some feminine guy decided to perform a hideous facelift unto his car.

Hmm. It almost felt like yesterday that I went on a plane with a pack of choral speakers and heard the news about another plane crashing into a building. 7 years have passed? I feel as young as I felt then.
